THEME

Programming for Know Your Roots is all in the name.  It’s a week of exploring where food comes from, where it goes, how it gets there – and how we fit into that system. Every day, campers will have opportunities to explore our Learning Garden, watch cooking demonstrations, and try something new! See pages 5 and 6 of the Information Guide for a better idea of our program offerings.  The KYR program will empower children in their relationship with food by encouraging curiosity, adventure, compassion, and skills development. KYR is a safe and fun space where skilled staff/volunteers facilitate unique learning opportunities, all based on principles of experiential learning and systems thinking.

DATES

Registration covers one week of programming. We do not offer day-by-day registration. For details on our absence/late policy, please see page 8 of the Information Package.
