Would you like to host a Holiday party for your staff with a socially conscious twist?
Hosting your group event at Growing Chefs! HQ allows you to simultaneously support our small, local charity, while also contributing to food education in our community. Growing Chefs! HQ works on a social enterprise model, meaning all funds raised in-house flow directly back into our educational programming.
Growing Chefs! HQ can accommodate groups up to 60 people for a seated meal, and up to 120 people for a standing, reception-style event; with many other options in between!
Our Chefs are truly remarkable and our mission is to provide you with delicious, seasonal, LOCAL foods whenever possible. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions your party may have, provided that information is given to us in advance of your event.
As part of our socially-conscience efforts, we are proud to pay our staff a "living wage" - thus passing @15-20% additional savings on to you, when compared to local restaurant and hotel options, as we do not automatically add a gratuity to your invoice. Rather, any additional funds directed to Growing Chefs! during these events are considered direct donations to our School Project, supporting local food literacy. Holiday Menu basics (2019) ~ you choose how many courses your group would like; then choose the specifics (*please note: as with all other events in our space, we do require a minimum spend of $1000+hst in order to host a private Holiday event):
***vegetarian option available: Beet wellington, with squash, mushrooms, and lentils***
Meals at HQ are served family-style as we believe that food is communal, and this is the best way for groups to interact and engage in conversation ~ something we teach all kids who come through our doors.

**Please note, due to the nature of our programming, and education being our first priority, we do have a limited number of dates available for these parties; so to avoid disappointment, book today!

- Growing Chefs! is fully licensed and a cash (or host) bar is available during each event ~ serving local beers and wines.
- We accept cash, credit, debit or company invoicing
- Regarding accessibility, our washrooms are located on our second floor, accessed via stairs
