In partnership with Ocean Wise Seafood Program, learn how to cook with sustainable, restorative seafood that has a positive impact on the planet with this delicious, family-friendly recipe!
Join Growing Chefs! Ontario’s own Chef Ryan Wishak as he leads you through a family-friendly recipe for“Nori Confetti Crepes with Garlic Cream Bivalves”. Co-hosted with Erika Bolliger from the Ocean Wise Seafood program, you will learn how the seafood in this recipe (mussels, clams, scallops, and seaweed) actively filters and cleans our oceans and improves local ecosystems!
