What to Expect:
Join Growing Chefs! Ontario’s Education Chef Team and Western Continuing Studies for a lively, interactive, hands-on cooking class featuring a Chinese inspired Hot Pot and Dumpling three-course meal. During the class, participants will cycle through different stations to learn how to make the perfect dumplings, prepare ingredients for a flavourful hot pot soup and learn all about winter growing!

Pricing: Two ticket options are available for this event:

  • $25 ticket includes a complete Recipe Guide with all the recipes from the event for you to create at home
  • $100 ticket to participate in a in-person hands on cooking class, plus a sit-down meal prepared entirely by YOU!

What your in-person ticket includes: A high-energy, interactive cooking class based on our highly popular children’s cooking class model! This class provides you with the opportunity to experience first-hand the Food Education Projects you are directly supporting! Each participant will be taking home their own mushroom growing kit to create their own delicious mushroom recipes at home! There will be a silent auction during the evening with some great local goodies available! All proceeds will be directed to Growing Chefs! Ontario in support of local Food Education Projects.
