We are so excited to announce the menu for The Springs / Growing Chefs! Ontario FUNdraising Dinner!!!

The Dinner is being held at The Springs, 310 SpringBank Dr. -  this Sunday May 5th, 6:00pm

Admission is $85 and will once again feature a four-course dinner sourced and prepared by Chef Andrew Wolwowicz and his elite team at The Springs. - Evan Futcher, Shane Jones, Nicole Fairbain, Jason Hughs, Ryan Charrier & Doug McCoppen

Course 1

Roasted Beet VeloutéGarnished with a goat’s cheese panna cotta and an Organic black lentil caviar 

Course 2

A Chilled Shrimp & Mussel Spring ‘Ragu’ - Drizzled with a strawberry, vanilla a sweet mascarpone yogurt dressing finished with grilled baby hearts of romaine 

Course 3

‘A Mixed Grill’ -­‐ A Celebration of Spring! - House Smoked Applewood Pork Tenderloin & Grilled Fennel Pollen Chicken Breast finished with an organic cherry rose tea bbq sauce, accompanied with a warm fingerling potato salad tossed with pulled baby back ribs, roasted cremini mushrooms, shallots and heirloom baby spinach served with a tart green apple slaw

‘Eton Mass’    A White chocolate and raspberry Fool finished with a crunchy shortcake garnish
