Hops In The Hood - at Milos Craft Beer Emporium - Guest Chef Erin Harris

We are very excited to announce the third of four guest chefs who will be cooking for you at Hops In The Hood!
Erin Harris is sometimes better known as The Cheese Poet - where she is the chef/owner.
The Cheese Poet offers an impressive selection of locally crafted artisanal cheese and charcuterie - it is located at The Western Fair Farmer's Market - 900 King St, London Ontario, where Erin carefully selects exceptional cheeses that are made using only the highest quality hormone-free milk, all from local Ontario farms. On offer she has cheeses and other dairy products made from sheep, goat, and cow's milk; as well, she offers a selection of fine charcuterie made from hormone-free, whey-fed pork and pastured beef, all from animals raised in Ontario.
Erin participated in the Classroom Gardening Project earlier this year and provided one of our favourite highlights of the entire project when she made fresh ricotta right in a grade 4 classroom! She served it on spaghetti with a basil and spinach pesto, fresh peas and green beens - and the kids went crazy for it! It was so delicious!
We are so excited to have Erin be a part of Hops In The Hood!
