World Water Day! Infused Water Recipes
Happy World Water Day!
Water is essential to human health, and we are so fortune to have access to freshwater at the simple twist of a tap. Water is not only an important source of life, but a resource for fun! Check out some of our favourite infused water recipes below!

Thinly slice one cucumber. Add the sliced cucumbers to a water pitcher. Add 8 muddled fresh mint leaves, and fill with water. Stir gently and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Slice two oranges into thin slices. Add sliced oranges and 1 cup of blueberries to a water pitcher. Add filtered water to fill the jar and stir gently. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and store in refrigerator.
Add about 2 cups of diced watermelon (or cut them into fun shapes like triangles!) to a water pitcher. Add 15 leaves of muddled basil and water to fill. Store in refrigerator and allow at least 4 hours to infuse.
Add 15 fresh strawberries, washed and finely sliced to a water pitcher. Add one sliced lemon with rind on. Fill with water. Stir gently and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator and enjoy.
Cherry, Lime & Cinnamon
Add two cups of fresh cherries (cut in half), one fresh lime (sliced into thin slices), and a cinnamon stick to a water pitcher. Add water to fill. Mix gently and store in refrigerator until ready to drink.
Peel and thinly slice one fresh mango. Add to a water pitcher. Add 1 cup of finely chopped pineapple and filtered water. Allow to infuse in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours before drinking.
Chop one whole pineapple into pieces, and one 4 inch piece of ginger into pieces, fill jug to top with water and let infuse.
Heeman’s Strawberry Mint
Place 1 bag frozen heeman’s strawberries and 1 bunch of mint, fill jug to top with water and let infuse.
Chop 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit, 2 lemons, and 2 limes, fill jug to the top with water and let infuse.
