Pizza Night is returning!

Do you remember all this: Fresh, local ingredients? Homemade dough? Oooey-gooey toppings? All fired up in a beautiful wood-fire oven? And don’t forget the cold beer! All this makes the perfect picture (and taste!) of summer! Well, we’re bringing it back… old school style… with Chef Katherine!

Say what? Didn’t she leave and have herself her own bun-in-the-oven??? It’s true… Last season, Chef Katherine wasn’t just baking pizza… fast forward to the next season, and welcome baby Callum!

If you attended our Pizza Nights last season, you already know our incredible Chef Katherine, who spearheaded Pizza Nights with true passion and incredible tastes. Now, she just won’t stay away… the lure of that pizza oven is simply too much!

So rather than relaxing at the start of a long weekend, Katherine intends to share her evening with her community, by offering up 4 delicious, seasonal pizzas!

This season we’ll be tweaking our availability slightly, in the hopes of streamlining our services:

  • Take-out will be available from 4-6pm (advanced ordering is required)
  • In-house dining (with full service and cash bar) will be available from 6-9pm (reservations required)

For reservations, take out orders, questions, comments, concerns AND any dietary requests, please contact Phoebe at HQ: 519-679-4769 (voicemail available) or via email at:

We have another delicious season in store for you and we hope you’ll join us for these future events! Chef Katherine will go back to being on maternity leave, and our amazing Chef Ryan will bring his own flair to these events:

  • Friday, June 1
  • Friday, June 15
  • Friday, June 29

We can't wait to see you at HQ! Pizza menus for all evenings will be posted in our Facebook Event.

Our Pay-It-Forward initiative also returns: All donations made until June 4th will benefit The Pamper Project, a local initiative Growing Chefs! is very excited to be supporting!! To make a donation to this wonderful cause, follow the link below. For each $18 raised, we will deliver a piping hot, fresh, local pizza to the Pamper Project event on June 4th:
